SKKQ 45/12 is a part of the Semikron semiconductor range. This thyristor module is designed for power switching in high power applications in the power engineering industry. It is a three phase module with a rated forward current of 45A, a voltage rating of 12V and a reverse voltage of 600V. It features a blocking voltage of 1650V, a gate trigger current of 1.8mA and a triple phase design with optimized thermal connection. This module is suitable for a wide range of applications including variable speed drives, UPS systems, welding and electric heating controls.
