Additional Infomation About Product

The SKKT 273/18 E is a module manufactured by the Semikron Company. It is a three-phase diode module designed for power rectification applications. It is a high-speed diode module with an operating frequency of 400 kHz. This module is made of a co-packaged two-diode bridge consisting of eight plated-through holes. The module is rated at 1200 Volts, 10 Amps and a maximum case temperature of 100 °C. It features soft-recovery diodes for superior performance in rectification applications. To maximize the resistance to voltage transients, this module includes an overvoltage protection network that helps minimize the difference between peak and RMS values.
