The SKKT 27B16E part of Semikron is a 1600V, 27A, three-phase diode bridge module used in motor drives and other applications requiring AC-to-DC conversion. It has been designed using the latest high-power switching technology for operating in the most challenging application requirements. The module has an insulated baseplate and an integrated heatsink for maximum thermal performance and is suitable for operation on the harsh industrial environments. It has U-bridges arranged in a three-phase configuration and is rated at 1600V, 27A.
