The SKKT 132/20E H4 part is a Thyristor power module from Semikron. It has dual thyristor integrated circuits with a forward voltage drop of 1.75V and a current carrying capacity of up to 20A. The module has insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) technology and is used in applications such as rectifier, motor drive, and power supply. The module features integrated fast diodes and provides over-temperature protection and short circuit protection. It has simple in/out connections and a built-in heatsink to improve thermal performance.
