Additional Infomation About Product

SKKT 15/12E is a Diode Module manufactured by Semikron. It is a three-phase AC/DC phase-control thyristor module which is intended for use with three-phase applications. It has an isolation voltage of 1500V between the anode and cathode and an operating temperature range of -40 to +125 degrees Celsius. It has a special heating element for optimal temperature control. The module is built using an insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) and a silicon rectifier. It is designed for higher operating power and has a surge rating of 12KV and a reverse voltage of 15KV.
