The VTP8350H is a 925nm wavelength photodiode manufactured by Excelitas that is through-hole mounted (THT) and features a wide spectral response range of 400-1150nm. It is also designed to have a low dark current of 30nA, making it suitable for a variety of demanding applications. It can be used in applications such as light detection and ranging (LiDAR), distance and level sensing, motion sensing, and industrial automation.
