thermal imaging camera The LHI 878 is a thermal imaging camera designed and manufactured by Excelitas Technologies. It is designed specifically for law enforcement and security applications and is capable of producing high-resolution thermal images with a wide range of sensitivity levels. Features such as improved noise reduction, edge enhancement, and multi-mode noise filtering ensure that the camera can capture and display thermal images of very low or high temperature targets, making it ideally suited for surveillance, search and rescue, and reconnaissance applications. The camera features a thermal range of -40°F to 518°F (-40°C to 270°C) and is available with various lenses, including 7.9mm, 15mm, and 25mm+ options. It is powered by an external 12/24V DC source and includes an array of communication and control options.
