The Excelitas LHI1128 is an infrared (IR) emitting diode. It is a GaAlAs single-mode diode that emits in 850nm optical wavelength. It has an output power of 40mW and forward current of 60mA. It has a wide viewing angle of 35°. It is hermetically sealed for environmental protection and comes in lead-free, RoHS compliant TO-can compatible package. The small package size and low price makes it a cost-effective choice for industrial applications.
