The LHI807TC is a Photo detector from Excelitas Technologies. It is an infrared (IR) light sensitive device. It has a sensitive "eye" that detects light in the 1.0 µm to 1.8 µm range, making it suitable for applications such as communication, medical, and surveillance systems. The device features 4 terminal pads, enabling the user to connect it to a circuit board. It comes in a TO-46 package, allowing for easy assembly and soldering. The device has a high photo current and fast response time, making it a great choice for industrial applications.
