Additional Infomation About Product

The TPD4135K(Q,M) with Motor Drivers DIP-26 RoHS manufactured by Toshiba is a dual full-bridge motor driver IC designed for use in drives for DC brushless motors and other motor applications. The device operates from a single VCC supply, and is capable of driving two DC Brushless motors forward and backward. It is capable of high-speed driving of up to 4A per channel and contains a host of features which enable optimal motor control and protection. The device includes an internal charge pump, overcurrent and temperature protection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. The device is housed in a RoHS Compliant 26-pin DIP package and is available in a range of temperature grades from -40°C up to +105°C.
