It 8A Continuous Output Current offers a fully integrated solution to achieve an 22m/10m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) 8A continuous output current with excellent load MOSFETs and line regulation over a wide input supply Default 600mV Reference Voltage range. Adjustable Output Voltage 600kHz Switching Frequency Constant-on-time (COT) control operation Ton Extension provides fast transient response. Full protection features include hiccup over-current protection Hiccup OCP Protection and thermal shutdown. Thermal Shutdown Protection Available in a 12-Pin QFN 2mmx3mm The MP2238 requires a minimal number of Package readily available, standard, external components with a space-saving 12-pin QFN APPLICATIONS 2mmx3mm package.
