MP2332C 18V, 2A, 650kHz, Synchronous Step-Down Converter with PG, SS, and Forced CCM DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2332C is a fully integrated, high- Wide 4.2V to 18V Operating Input Range frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, 95m/45m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs MOSFETs. The MP2332C offers a very 200A Low I Q compact solution that achieves 2A of High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode continuous output current with excellent load Operation and line regulation over a wide input range. The Fast Load Transient Response MP2332C uses synchronous mode operation 650kHz Switching Frequency for higher efficiency over the output current load Forced PWM Operation range. Programmable Soft-Start Time Constant-on-time (COT) control operation Power Good (PG) Indication provides very fast transient response, easy loop Over-Current Protection (OCP) and Hiccup design, and very tight output regulation. Pre-Bias Start-Up Thermal Shutdown Full protection features include short-circuit Available in a SOT583 (1.6mmx2.1mm) protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), Package under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown.
