The Monolithic Power Systems MP2259DJ-LF-Z is a DC-DC converter step-down adjustable 1 4.5V 16V 0.81V 14V 1A TSOT-23-6 RoHS. It is a compact, wide input voltage range DC-DC converter with a wide adjustable output voltage range of 1.4V to 16V and a low dropout voltage of 0.81V to 14V. It provides an output current of 1A and is offered in a TSOT-23-6 package with RoHS compliance. The MP2259DJ-LF-Z offers fast transient response, low component count, low external component count and cost savings. It also features current mode control with high line and load regulation as well as short circuit, current limit, and thermal protection. The operating input voltage range is from 4.5V to 16V, making it ideal for battery and input voltage applications.
