The ME6219C13M5G is a low-dropout regulator (LDO) SOT-23-5 RoHS manufactured by Micro One. It features an output voltage of 0.8 to 13.5 V, an operating temperature range of -40 to +125 °C, and a maximum 0.2V dropout voltage. It provides high output current upto 500 mA, and a high ripple rejection rate of 45 dB at 100 kHz. The device is capable of delivering cross-regulation of 2% (typical). Furthermore, the quiescent current is incredibly low with only 28 µA at 5V output. This device also has an extremely low noise of 12 µVrms at 10 kHz and a fast response time of 2 µs at load step of 50 mA. It operates in a wide range of input voltages, from 2.5 to 13.5 V. In terms of protection, the device has over-temperature protection, current limit, and short circuit protection. All of these features make the ME6219C13M5G an attractive option for various applications such as mobile phones and digital products.
