The ME2808A45M3G SOT-23-3 RoHS Microprocessor & Microcontroller Supervisors are manufactured by Micro One and are designed as a single-channel voltage supervisor. This device monitors the input voltage for power-on reset and power control functions with integrated circuit devices. It provides an accurate under-voltage (UV) and an over-voltage (OV) detection circuit with adjustable trip points and a reset output. The device is capable of handling currents up to 180mA in a wide operating temperature range. This part features an automatic voltage-tracking reset delay after input power turn-on, programmable reset/power-on reset time delay, active-high or active-low reset output, and an uncommitted for power switch. It is designed for reliable use in reliable systems.
