The TSUS4300 is an infrared emitting diode manufactured by Vishay. This diode has a High Power 950nm wavelength with a peak emission of 18mW/sr (milliwatts per steradian) with a viewing angle of +/-16°. This is a hermetically sealed device which provides superior performance when driven with minimal forward current. The TSUS4300 can be used for telecommunications, automotive sensing or for medical diagnostics.
