The TLP250(TP5.F) Optocoupler with IGBT Driver is a through-hole technology (THT) component manufactured by Toshiba. It features one channel, DIP-8 form factor, and can provide up to 1.5A output. Its function is to act as a reliable interface between high-voltage sections and low-voltage sections of a circuit, isolating the two sections from each other and providing isolation from high levels of noise. It is suitable for automotive, industrial, and other applications.
