The TLP2768A(TP.E(T) is a high-speed optocoupler manufactured by Toshiba. It is a 4-pin device that includes a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a NPN silicon phototransistor. This optocoupler has a current transfer ratio of up to 1000% and a bandwidth of up to 5 MHz. The TLP2768A(TP.E(T) is designed to provide high-accuracy, high-speed signal transfer between different circuits and systems. It is suitable for medium-speed switching, line receiver, logic buffer, and logic interface applications, as well as industrial and automotive applications.
