The STL13N60DM2 is a standard super-junction MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) produced by STMicroelectronics. It is a N-channel MOSFET equipped with a low-on-resistance of 13mOhm (max), intended for use in switch-mode power supplies, solar inverters, and motor control applications. It is rated for 1000V and features a low gate charge (Qg) of 39nC (max). The device is available in a TO-220 package and is fully compliant with AEC-Q101 automotive standards.
