Additional Infomation About Product

The SKKT 273/12 E is a rectifier diode module manufactured by Semikron. It is a three-phase bridge rectifier constructed in a 12-pin power package containing two 74LVX540M frequency gates and three 600V, 27A SKT273/14 diodes. This provides an optimum solution for rectification of mid-speed, mid-voltage and mid-power alternating current. The SKKT273/12E features a low forward voltage drop allowing for greater efficiency in applications such as motor controls, AC switches and drives. The module also features a large current capability allowing for a very high power handling. This makes it ideal for use in high current applications.
