The SKIIP 38AC126V2 M20 is a three-phase bridge module manufactured by Semikron with a voltage rating of AC 126V and a nominal current rating of 2A. The module is made up of IGBT - insulated-gate bipolar transistors and is designed for use in motor control applications. It offers a wide range of features such as soft switching, fast switching, overcurrent protection, thermal shut down, and reverse conducting capability. The module is also protected against over-voltage and short-circuit conditions and is able to withstand maximum transient voltages of up to 400V. Its nominal switching frequency is 20 kHz.
