The SKIIP 38GB17E4V1 M20 is a ready-to-use half-bridge module manufactured by Semikron. It consists of two insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) and is designed for medium frequency converter applications. The module uses an integrated 300A current while offering high surge current capabilities. This module has a maximum collector emitter voltage of 600V and a maximum collector current of 350A. It has excellent gate-emitter voltage, gate-collector voltage, and frequency switching capabilities. Its compact size makes it ideal for a wide range of applications.
