Additional Infomation About Product

The LM317BD2TR4G is a Linear Voltage Regulator manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for applications requiring minimum external components, and provides 1.5A of output current. The output voltage can be adjusted from 1.2V to 37V by adding a resistor divider on the ADJ pin. The device features thermal shutdown, internal current limit, and protected overload protection. It is available in a Pb-free 4-Pin SOT-223 package.
