Additional Infomation About Product

The LM317BTG is a Linear Voltage Regulators 1.5A ADJ 1.2-37V Positive manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is an adjustable 3-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying in excess of 1.5A over an output voltage range of 1.2V to 37V. This integrated circuit can be used with external components to set the output voltage to almost any value between the specified range. The LM317BTG also has temperature protection, over current protection, and short circuit protection. The device is powered by a wide input voltage range of 8V to 40V, and features a high degree of protection against overloads, surges, and short-circuits. It is suitable for use in power supplies and other general purpose applications where a low dropout voltage and excellent load lifecycle are desired.
