The LM317LDR2G is a Linear Voltage Regulator IC from ON Semiconductor designed to provide precise current and voltage regulation over a wide range of temperatures. It is a device that provides a means of controlling output voltage by setting the output current. The LM317LDR2G is designed to provide an adjustable output voltage from 1.25V to 37V with a maximum output current of 100mA. It features a wide input voltage range of 3.0V to 40V to allow greater flexibility in designing circuits. The LM317LDR2G also has a low quiescent current of 175µA, making it ideal for battery-powered systems. The device is packaged in a 8-SOIC (small outline integrated circuit) package which allows it to be easily and conveniently soldered onto circuit boards.
