Additional Infomation About Product

The LM317BD2TG is a Positive Adjustable Linear Voltage Regulator from ON Semiconductor. It allows non-isolated output voltages from 1.2V to 37V to be obtained using only a few external parts. It features an output current of up to 1.5A with a very low dropout voltage, making it especially suitable for low voltage applications. This positive adjustable linear voltage regulator provides excellent line and load regulation using an external sense pin for improved accuracy. Other features include low operating current, low quiescent current, thermal shutdown protection, and circuit protection from over-voltage and reverse-battery conditions. It can be used in a wide range of applications such as power supplies, battery management, portable equipments, and automotive electronics.
