Product profile 1.1 General description Silicon Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) wideband amplifier with internal matching circuit in a 6-pin SOT363 SMD plastic package. CAUTION This device is sensitive to ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD).
