electronics NTE1954 is a metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) designed for audio and power-level switching applications. It has a maximum drain-to-source voltage rating of 60V, a drain current of 15A, and a maximum power dissipation of 100W. With a high switching speed and low on-state resistance, it is an ideal switch for audio, power, and high-frequency switching applications. It is available in a TO220FP package with multiple pin number configurations.
