Electronics NTE1964 is an integrated circuit (IC) power MOSFET transistor driver manufactured by NTE Electronics. Designed for high-current switching applications, the device combines two independent high-speed power MOSFET transistor drivers with separate gate and source control. It features a low-current control gate voltage and current limit protection circuit. It also offers open-drain outputs that are suitable for driving MOSFET or IGBT.
