Additional Infomation About Product

1967 NTE1967 is an integrated circuit (IC) used for automotive power switch applications. It is a monolithic, high-current MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) switch designed for automotive applications such as powering electric vehicles, controlling DC motors, and switching power loads. The NTE1967 has an on-board logic circuit for logic control of the switch and an external terminal for low-side current sensing. The maximum on-state resistance of the NTE1967 is estimated to be 0.025 ohms. The package size of the NTE1967 is 14-pin dual in line (DIP) and can operate over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
