Additional Infomation About Product

NTE1953 is a three-terminal, pulse width modulation (PWM) controller with a maximum output current of 500mA. It is used in applications such as DC to DC converters, motor speed/position/torque control, switching regulators and lighting applications. It features a built-in linear regulator, synchronous rectification, frequency modulation, and peak current control. It also features an adjustable ramp control and an error amplifier for temperature compensation.
