The MIC5233-3.3YS is a low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator, manufactured by Microchip. This part is capable of regulating an input voltage range between 0.7V and 5.5V, down to a fixed 3.3V output. It is a low-power LDO solution, ideal for battery-powered, small-scale systems, with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The MIC5233-3.3YS also features low-noise operation, with a dropout voltage of 140mV at full-load, and an ultra-low quiescent current of 250nA. For improved reliability and long-term stability, the MIC5233-3.3YS has integrated circuit protection against over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature.
