The XL7660 with DC-DC converters SOP-8 RoHS manufactured by XINLUDA is a highly efficient and compact DC-DC Step-Down switching regulator IC. It is capable of delivering up to 3 A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range and up to 5 A peak output current. It integrates a high-performance, low-power, low-dropout internal switch and a minimum number of external components which make it ideal for small form factor low-cost applications. It features adjustable output voltage range of 0.795V to 10V and its high efficiency up to 94%. Its wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C makes it suitable for industrial embedded control systems. The RoHS compliant XL7660 is packaged in an SOP-8 form factor and is available with several protection functions, such as under-voltage lockout, over-voltage protection and thermal shutdown.
