.The XP8255 with Interface - I/O Expanders PLCC44 RoHS, manufactured by XINLUDA, is a 40-pin I/O expander/protector IC designed to protect microprocessor-based systems from damage caused by short-circuits and over-voltage conditions. It provides 25 I/O bits with an active high input and active low output for a large variety of applications. It offers protection from high/low push-pull voltage, and avalanche voltage. It also features an adjustable output slew rate control and a power-up reset function. This IC is RoHS compliant and is housed in a PLCC44 package.
