Additional Infomation About Product

The WS4601E-5/TR is a SOT-23-5L RoHS power distribution switch made by Will Semiconductor. It is an integrated power management IC (PMIC) suitable for notebook PC applications. Operating from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply input voltage, it enables designers to reduce power consumption by selectively disabling the power supply to unused system components. When system components, such as LCD panel and HDD, are not being used, the WS4601 dims display panels for additional power saving. This power distribution switch also features under-voltage and over-voltage configurations. It is provided in a tiny package with a low thermal resistance.
