The ON Semiconductor FPF2280BUCX-F130 is Power Switch ICs - Power Distribution Over-VTG Protection Load Switch. It is an integrated switch with a built-in Over-Voltage (OVP) protection circuit, capable of protecting external loads from overvoltage damages of either positive or negative polarity. This device can be used with low on-resistance and low off-leakage current loads. It features good dynamic response to output voltage changes and can be used with a Power Good signal. It also has a low shutdown current consumption and supports up/down sequential operation. The operating voltage range for this device is from 2.7V to 6.0V and the equivalent on-resistance is 25mO maximum.
