The FPF2281BUCX-F130 Power Switch IC is a Power Distribution Over-VTG Protection Load Switch manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is an integrated device designed to provide a high-side load switch with over-voltage protection to system power rails. This device includes faults protection features such as thermal protection and reverse current protection. It has a maximum operating voltage of 24 V, nominal on resistance of 57 mO and a maximum current rating of 2 A. It is available in a leadless 5-pin flatpack package with a 0.5 mm pitch making it suitable for space restricted applications. With its robust design and integrated protection features, the FPF2281BUCX-F130 is well suited for a variety of applications including medical and industrial equipment, lighting, home appliance, automotive and consumer electronics.
