The VS-43CTQ100-M3 is a Schottky Diodes & Rectifiers 100V 2 x 20A IF C.A. TO-220AB manufactured by Vishay. It is a two-terminal, monolithic, surface-mount device with a rugged construction. It is designed to provide an efficient and economical solution for reverse voltage protection applications operating in high temperature and industrial environments. It is available in an industry standard TO-220AB package, has very low forward voltage, and is able to double its current rating with a doubling of its forward voltage drop. It also features exceptionally low reverse leakage current and is capable of delivering peak transient currents up to 250A.
