Additional Infomation About Product

TLSU1002A(T02) is a N-Channel MOSFET transistor manufactured by Toshiba. It is a Dual-Drain Power MOSFET and is ideal for low noise and DC/DC converter applications. This type of transistor features low on-resistance, high-speed switching, low gate charge, and operates with low voltage. It is rated for a drain-source voltage (VDS) of 100-500V, drain current (ID) of 8A, gate-source voltage (VGS) of 10V, and total power dissipation (PD) of up to 200W.
