Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP383(BL-TPL.E) is a sensitive dual optical coupler made by Toshiba. It is a high speed non-inverting opto-isolator with a high speed transistor output. The device has a wide range of applications in digital circuits, especially those that require high-speed and high-isolation performance. It is designed to provide an isolation voltage of 7.5kV, and the insulated transistor output can handle up to 3kV. The open collector output can be used for a wide range of applications. The device is also provided with a built-in protection diode for safe disconnection of the load. Its maximum current transfer ratio (CTR) of 400% and maximum switching speed of 30MHz make it ideal for applications such as high power relay driving, and audio/video switching.
