The 74VHCT244AFT(BJ) is a low-power octal bus transceiver manufactured by Toshiba. The device is designed to convert logic level signals from a complementary transistor logic (CTL) level to voltage-level (VHCT) logic level signals and vice versa, allowing for interfacing between CTL and VHCT components. It has a supply voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V and a maximum differential voltage of 6V. It also features two active-low output enable pins, two bidirectional data input/output ports, and an active-low reset pin. The device is typically used as a buffer, logic translator, level shifter, and bus or port splitter. The BJ suffix in the part number stands for the package type, in this case, a Small Outline Package or SOP.
