The STI3411A with DC-DC converters SOT-23-5 RoHS manufactured by TMI is a compact, cost effective step down converter module with wide input voltage range. The device features integrated low Rds on-resistor switch and low-power consumption while operating at up to 1.5A of output current. It comes with an adjustable output voltage from 0.9V to 5V and has a high efficiency of up to 92%. The module is RoHS and Halogen-free compliant and also comes with overcurrent and short circuit protection.
