The TMI6050 is a Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) positive adjustable voltage regulator designed to maintain the output voltage at precisely the level needed for today's most demanding applications. The device can deliver up to 600mA of current at an adjustable output voltage range of 5.5V, 1.5V, and 4.5V. The extremely low dropout voltage and instantaneous current limit provides excellent load regulation and accuracy. The device is housed in an SOT23-5 RoHS compliant package, making it an ideal solution for high power, low profile applications.
