The Titan Micro TM1621D is a SOP-24_300mil RoHS LCD Driver IC designed to drive segmented LCD display panels such as found in clothing tags, cosmetics containers, temperature controllers and other portable applications. It features 3 input ports: an 8-bit data port, a 4-bit control port, and a 2-bit select port. It also features a 3-bit input driver logic. The TM1621D can drive LCD displays up to a maximum of 210 segments with a voltage range of 4.0V to 16.0V. It has on-chip display RAM and internal oscillators, making it easy to interface to a wide variety of microcontrollers. It is also RoHS compliant, making it suitable for use in lead-free designs.
