Additional Infomation About Product

The AY0438-I/P is an LCD driver built by Microchip for use in portable electronic devices with segment displays. This driver operates on either 3.3V or 5V power sources, and has 40-pin PDIP Tube packaging. It can drive up to 4 common cathode led arrays (8, 10, 12 and 14 segment displays) and can be used in any type of application that requires flexible display solutions, such as calculators, microwave ovens and both digital and analog storage voltmeters. It has several features, such as low power consumption, operation over temperature range and adjustable display current.
