Additional Infomation About Product

The TM1620 with LED Drivers SOIC-20_300mil RoHS manufactured by Titan Micro is a low-cost, easy-to-use, LED display driver IC. It is designed to drive up to 20 bidirectional current-sinking LED channels. The IC provides constant current control, and an adaptive duty cycle means that the current is adjusted in response to voltage fluctuations during operation. It also offers temperature compensation, and uses the Soft Shutdown feature with precharged LED Structure. It has an ultra-low supply current of 300uA, 2.7V to 5.5V voltage range and operates over 0 to 70 °C temperature range. The RoHS compliant package is small in size with 20 pins arranged in a 300mil SOIC.
