The SN74AXCH4T245RSVR is a 4-bit dual-supply bus transceiver manufactured by Texas Instruments. It has 16-UQFN packaging with the operating temperature range of -40 to 125 °C. The device uses 4 voltage levels and enables bi-directional data transfer between two separate busses. It is designed for applications requiring high-speed data transmission between two different logic families. The transceiver includes direction control and enables data flow in either direction. It provides bus-hold data retention to avoid bus contention in the absence of select signals. It also includes four-bit latch that contains the four most recently transmitted data bits and can be used as an alteration between logic families of different speed/power levels.
