The SY100ELT22ZG is a voltage-level 3.3V dual TTL-to-differential PECL (Positive Emitter-Coupled Logic) translator manufactured by Microchip. It is an extended temperature range (I Temp) translator, with green product packaging, designed to use in applications where needed to convert single-ended TTL into differential PECL outputs. It achieves excellent signal quality and power efficiency with its small footprint. The SY100ELT22ZG translator is available in a variety of packages, including SO and TSSOP.
