The CD4093BM96 is a CMOS Quad 2-Input NAND Schmitt Trigger manufactured by Texas Instruments. It contains four NAND gates, each consisting of two Schmitt trigger input stages for improved noise immunity and consistent logic thresholds. These CMOS logic gates provide high speed operation, low power consumption and wide operating voltage range. The Schmitt triggering action on the inputs significantly reduces the noise sensitivity of these gates. This device is recommended for new designs and is capable of driving up to 10 TTL loads while consuming less than 10 µA supply current. It also includes an inverter for buffering of CMOS or TTL outputs directly.
