The CD4093BPW is a dual CMOS quad 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger from Texas Instruments. The part uses a Schmitt trigger circuit for input hysteresis to provide improved noise rejection, higher current drive capability and long term stability when dealing with slowly changing input voltage levels. It offers a variety of features such as over-voltage protection, high noise immunity, and low power consumption. This CMOS logic device features an operational temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, and a maximum quiescent current of 2 µA. This part is widely used in a variety of circuits where a combination of digital and analog signals are present.
